Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

   • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order is shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
   • Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

   • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation by Cleanse Ayurveda:

• Cleanse Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

• If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure that the refund process is initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
